In spite of controversy regarding their focus or specific policies, for example in situations involving abortion, their involvement in the improvement of social conditions for children has continued for over 60 years.

Created in 1971 in France, Médecins sans frontières/Doctors without borders works according to the humanitarian principles of medical ethics and impartiality. In other words, active in 60 countries, MSF provides health care to all victims of crisis regardless of race, religion, or political affiliation.
